THE PROTOCOL (ACCEPTANCE) By entering the TradeRo marketplace ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Protocol. If you do not agree to these terms, you are commanded to disconnect and cease use of the platform immediately. 2. SCOPE OF OPERATION TradeRo is a peer-to-peer (P2P) listing gallery specifically for virtual items within the Roblox experience "Murder Mystery 2" (MM2). Listing Only: We are a directory. We do not facilitate the physical movement of items. No Escrow: We do not hold, store, or protect Robux or in-game assets. Platform Independence: All trades take place within the Roblox client and are subject to Roblox’s official Terms of Use. 3. USER CONDUCT & VENDOR RULES To maintain the integrity of the TradeRo floor, all users must adhere to the following: Identification: You must provide valid Roblox and Discord identifiers. Honesty: You shall not list items you do not currently possess. "Bait-and-Switch" tactics are strictly prohibited. Malicious Listings: Posting "exploited" or "duped" items without disclosure is grounds for a permanent blacklist. No RMT (Real Money Trading): The exchange of MM2 items for real-world currency (USD, EUR, Crypto, etc.) is strictly forbidden on this platform. 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TradeRo acts as a public bulletin board. No Scams Insurance: We are not responsible for any scams, "trust trade" failures, or loss of digital assets (Godlies, Ancients, etc.) that occur during or after using this site. In-Game Risks: Users assume 100% of the risk associated with trading inside the Roblox environment. No Affiliation: TradeRo is an independent entity. We are NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corp, Nikilis, or the MM2 development team. 5. PRIVACY & DATA We reserve the right to log and store public identifiers (Usernames, Discord IDs, and IP addresses) for the sole purpose of maintaining the Global Blacklist and preventing market manipulation. 6. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS TradeRo reserves the absolute right to revoke access, remove listings, or blacklist any user found to be "toxic" to the marketplace or in violation of the spirit of fair trade, without prior warning or explanation.
